We are seeking a well-organized and versatile individual to join our team as an Administration and Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Data Entry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, implementing digital marketing strategies, ensuring accurate data entry, and possessing expertise in email management, SEO, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Tasks:
– Manage day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and giving customer support.
– Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
– Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
2. Digital Marketing:
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility across various channels.
– Create and manage social media content, ensuring brand messaging consistency.
– Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
– Utilize email marketing expertise to create and execute effective email campaigns.
3. Data Entry:
– Accurately input and maintain data in our database.
– Verify and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
– Assist in creating and maintaining reports and analytics related to marketing and administrative activities.
4. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
– Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
– Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
– Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt digital marketing strategies accordingly.
5. Documentation:
– Create and maintain documentation related to administrative processes and digital marketing strategies.
– Ensure that all processes and procedures are well-documented for reference and training purposes.
– Responsible for creating Documents such as partnership agreements and policies.
6. Communication and Collaboration:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless information flow.
– Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
– Provide support to team members as needed.
7. Qualifications:
– Proven experience in administration, digital marketing, and data entry.
– Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
– Expertise in email marketing, SEO, and documentation.
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
8. Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
– Previous experience in administration, digital marketing, and data entry roles is an advantage.
